Bacteria Test Kit is an EPA based test to check for the presence
of Coliform Bacteria in your water.
The presence of
bacteria in drinking water is usually a result of a problem with
the water treatment system or the pipes which distribute water, and
indicates that water may be contaminated with germs that can cause
disease.
Bacteria and
other potentially dangerous microbes commonly found in our environment,
should not be present in our drinking water. Thousands of cases
of bacterial illness occur every year, many of them fatal.
